We then work with that manufacturing partner to provide a full project management service, including reporting on progress and problems. 

There are always a lot of unknown challenges in manufacturing, we firmly believe that effective communication can resolve most problems. With operations in Singapore and US, and we have extensive experience working with factories throughout the country. We take care of every aspect of the process, including purchasing, inventory control, incoming inspection, testing, rework, quality control, and final inspection. Our lean manufacturing model involves outsourcing component placement and soldering to our trusted, ISO-certified partners. We have built a robust list of “trusted facilities” that have been audited both socially and with quality in mind by our engineers. These facilities have had their processes improved by us and have experience working with us.
